Like many teenagers, when Diana Thomas ’01, ‘04 wanted to get a part-time job, she turned to the fast food industry. A position at the local McDonald’s was just the ticket for this shy 16-year-old, who could take care of her duties behind the scenes without getting tongue-tied talking to customers. Little did she know this entry-level job would lead to a 35-year career with the restaurant giant and take her on a high-profile path to a balanced life.
